About the Role
The EmpowerHer Program Intern will play a key role in advancing ACF’s flagship initiative focused on empowering girls through education, health, and mentorship. You will support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of program activities.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in coordinating the EmpowerHer program in Ghana and Senegal.
2. Conduct research on education access and gender equity.
3. Support communications with local schools, parents, and community partners.
4. Track program data and prepare progress reports.
5. Collaborate with ACF leadership on donor and partner engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Education, Public Health, or International Relations.
Strong interest in gender equity, education, or international development.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Location: Remote (with potential fieldwork in Senegal and Ghana)
Commitment: 8–12 hours per week, Fall 2025 Semester
